This is a handforged competition chopper. It is Blade Sport compliant in it's specs.
It's made from 5160 spring steel with a differential heat treat and a visible hamon line. The handle is a blue and black layered G10. It also has the lanyard hole toward the front of the handle as recommended by the bladesports authority.
It has been thoroughly tested on wood, ice, steel, and water bottles. It holds an edge very, very well.
